How Quorelix collects, uses, protects, retains, and responds to requests about personal information.

Information we collect
Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional phone and company details, industry, project preferences, budget range, target date, project description, language, consent record, and limited campaign attribution. Contact forms collect your name, email, subject, message, language, and consent record. We derive a non-reversible HMAC from the trusted network address solely for abuse limits; the raw address is not retained in our application database.
Purposes
We process this information to respond, assess project fit, prepare scope discussions, maintain requested correspondence, protect the service from abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Submission is voluntary, but required fields are necessary for us to respond. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and international transfers
We use third-party service providers for website hosting, application infrastructure, database management, file storage, security, and related technical operations. These providers process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.
Some providers may operate infrastructure or process information outside the Philippines. Where applicable, we take reasonable measures to ensure that personal information remains appropriately protected.
Retention and security
Open records are kept while actively handled. Closed inquiries and messages become due for anonymization after 24 months unless a documented legal hold applies. Controls include staff MFA, encryption in transit, least-privilege database policies, audit history, durable abuse limits, and managed secrets.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed, access or correct information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion, or complain to the National Privacy Commission. We may verify identity before acting.

This notice is versioned 2026-08-04. Material changes will be posted here. Owner and legal review are required before production release.
